The general election starts now.
Mitchell County deserves leadership that plans ahead, speaks up, and stands with working people.
We Don’t Have to Accept This
The primary is behind us.
Now we move toward November.Mitchell County is being shaped by decisions made far beyond our county line. It's affecting our schools, our healthcare, and whether families can afford to stay.We don’t have to accept that quietly.
We can demand leadership that speaks up for us.
Why I'm Running.
I was born in the Spruce Pine hospital in 1991. My grandpa worked the mines here for 50 years, and I live in the house he built on Altapass.Today I work second shift in Environmental Services at that same hospital. I see how instability impacts working families in real time.I’m running because we need long-term planning, transparency, and the courage to ask hard questions before the next crisis hits.
What I Stand For
This campaign is grounded in clear principles:
Strong public schools that serve every child
Fair representation - Voters should choose their leaders
Transparent government that answers to people, not big donors
Economic stability rooted in local jobs and long-term planning
Preparing for the next emergency instead of reacting to it
A county government that protects the dignity and equal treatment of every resident; no matter their background, income, identity, or circumstance
Now We Build
We’re building a volunteer team.
We’re building field operations.
We’re building the kind of local leadership that doesn’t wait for permission to speak up.If you believe Mitchell County deserves leadership with backbone, this is the moment to step in.
